In “Grace Through Pain," Pastor Donnie shared how Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to the temple and were marveled when Simeon confirmed God's plan — a needed reminder that He was still in control. Just like them, we know God is working and has a perfect plan, yet we often forget and become overwhelmed by what’s around us. Simeon also revealed that the path ahead would be painful, reminding us that God’s plan isn’t always easy, but it is always perfect. The call for us is to stay surrendered, obedient and trust Him — confident that He will confirm His purposes, even in the hard seasons.
